grinding noise
Model Number: MDBTT70AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years
My dishwasher is 18 months old and I paid a fortune for it.
Suddenly it started making an intermitent grinding noise very loud, and then a quieter grinding noise and then fluctuates loud and quieter grinding. Our plumber says it is not a water in/out problem (he admits he is not an appliance repair person) but feels it is in the motor or rotating parts. It did finish its last cycle and the dishes were clean. Any thoughts on where to start looking and if so, any tricks we shoud know about before we start taking the thing apart. I guess I'm mad cause any other dishwasher has lasted me 10 -12 years andnow the most expensive is giving me grief. Ads By Google Related Models
