And if so where can I find it on this model, also I'm interested getting certified in appliance do you have any advice or references for any classes thanks again

In GE dryers you can find them also on or around heat deflectors and/or diffusers. I'm not sure about education. You have to check it with local people. Most common education is "in field". Gene.
