Model Number: MDB7600AWW Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
5-6 year old Maytag dishwasher has developed a small crack @ bottom of tub, resulting in a leak. Is there a way to repair without replacing? Perhaps and epoxy that will withstand the heat of the dry cycle & is safe (non-toxic) for use around dishes?

The correct way to repair your dishwasher would be to replace the tub. You may want to start looking for a new dishwasher.

Either pull out your operators manual or go to the Maytag site and download it.
I think your tub has a 20 year warranty. Since it would cost them a fortune to replace the tub, they should replace the unit.
