maytag dishwasher not completely cleaning dishes
Model Number: DWU7560AAE Brand: Maytag Age: More than 10 years
Not all of my dishes are getting cleaned. I have cleaned the top and bottom spray arms (found small amount of plastic stuck in top spray arm, removing that has not made any difference) washes most dishes well but on both top and bottom rack are some areas I don't think are getting any water. I am reluctant to take the bottom center area apart, where I guess it drains, but will attempt it if it is reasonably straight forward. The dishwasher is 14 years old and has some problems with the latch which I have learned to work around and some of the racks are starting to rust. Is it worth a 100 to 200 dollar repair? how many years should I expect to get from it.
