hi, customer has d/w jennair , complaining of film at bottom of d/w . found out that soap dispenser has detergent remaining in dispensor, does open, also water returns to dishwasher after wash completed, i feel there is a water valve problemn . but what i find curious ,i left my meter on valve connection wires after i cancelled to drain which it did well. i found low voltage commng to valve but no water coming in when reconected , but water does come in when reset to normal wash. now is it normal for the low voltage remains for about 3 minutes after wash is cancelled + all indicator lights are off, is this power to valve normal after wash is complete,then voltage disappears . can there be prblem with control board? thanks
