I just purchaised a lower dishrack assembly from you, and I am unable to snap off the tower spray from the old dishrack to put it on the new one.
Please, help me to do this.

Hi skatok

Insert it in the central cell and turn it clockwise.

Gene.

This seems to be an instruction of how to install the tower spray. I am one step behind: I cannot take it off the old dishrack assembly. The tower spray has a rectangular base which seems to be snapped on, and I cannot unsnap it. Should I try to turn it counter-clockwise?

Svetlana

Hi Sveta

Yes, you should turn it CCW, but look for the small latch on the tower.

Spasibo, Gena!
It worked, but a small piece on the base of the tower broke off, perhaps, because of my earlier attempts. It seems to be solidly attached though, and I think, it will do. However, I may need to replace the tower spray in the near future. I looked at the diagram on the AppliancePartsPros.com. Could you be so kind to advise me whether Part AP3833121 is all I need to order? Sveta
