I have a great work horse of an older Kitchen Aid dishwasher that is not draining. There is standing water. I ran it twice, it did not leak out the front, but the water is still standing. The small removal filter is clear. The motor seems to be working just fine. Can you tell me what the troubleshootint diagnosics steps are and what to expect from the repairman? He's coming at 11 am today and works for the appliance company so I fear since the unit is old he will do little to repair it and try and sell me a new one. thanks
