Circulating pump will not operate after water fill cycle finishes. I measured 120V between lead 1 and 3. Resistance on PTC starter is 7 ohm (not installed), 22.4 ohm between lead 2 and 4 on circ. pump and nothing between 1 and 2. Is my circ pump bad?
