Just started producing buzzing sound at the start of the wash cycle. Does not occur with the pump out cycle. I tried to remove the little plastic screw at the center of the washer arm assembly and it wouldn't come all the way out?? The arm was quite loose or wobbly before I started loosening that screw. I had hoped to be able to get in to see if there was something in the sump but I can't get the plastic screw to come all the way out.
?Cause of the buzzing? Can I get to the sump pump area to remove anything that might be there?
