Will not heat water
Model Number: RUG4000MQ0 Brand: Roper Age: 1 - 5 years
Model rud4000mqo can not get hot water or heat to dry dishes, heating element is good , is there a fuse that protects the blower and element.

Could not find any info using the listed Model Number.
Are you sure it is not a RUD Here is the link to RUD4000MQ0 Model RUD4000MQ0 Take a look at Fuse Item 26 in the "Pump and spray arm parts" section.
