We have noticed the upper basket is not getting cleaned - I did the manual "care and cleaning" - but the upper arm is not rotating. If I open the door while its cleaning, the lower area is still rotating but the upper arm is in the same place everytime.

Is there something that could have caused the upper arm to stop functioning.... bushing or washer or something?

Should I just get the new upper arm fixture?
