MIddle arm is not spining

Model Number: shy66c05uc/14 Brand: Bosch Age: 1 - 5 years

I noticed that the middle arm in the dish washer is not spinmning, water is comming out but not spinning. I knoe this because when i open the door i see the water coming out but he arm is in the same place.
