rinse dispenser stopped dispensing rinse agent
Model Number: 665.15779990 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
about 2 months ago, the rinse dispenser stopped dispensing the rinse agent so now I am getting a film on glasses and stainless steel silverware, probably every thing else, but doesn't show like the above items. I was told there is a bio-metal part that needs to be replaced after taking the cover off of the door. Is this true and how do I know what to look for so I can do it. I will need to order the part and that doesn't sound like much to go on. A Sears repair man told me that. Appreciate any help. Thanks.
