I have a whirlpool gold quiet partner 3 the cleaning light flashes. When we hit cancell it runs a 2 min. time then flashes again. It will not run any other cycle it lets you select them then the start just flashes and goes back to the cleaning light flash or the 2 minute cycle then clean light flashing --- help!

The "clean" light flashing 7 times in a row means the control senses a problem with the water heating. It could be if the incoming water temperature is much bellow 120°F or there is something wrong in the heating circuit.
Remove the toe panel and look for the tech sheets. You can find the instructions there.
