Hello all
Ok here goes;
Jenn Air DishWasher.
Model jdb9910awb
Was working fine until recently.
Then LCD screen went black, but machine ran fine.
Now, nothing. no beeps, no water, no nutin' , no nata runnin' . (hope you guys have a sence of humor, cause i need a good laugh as the DW has a full load in it, that I know have to unload and convince the other half do it my hand. LoL. Oh wait, ahhhhhh, I better re-think that. hehehe)

Anyways, any ideas?
Thanx in advance

make sure you have power to the machine, then check for power to the door switch, check that the door switches are working

thanx for getting back to me so quickly.
Short of actually taking the machine out and checking the electrical plug, how do i check the door switches?
Thanx again

open the door, remove the door screws t-20 bit needed, seperate the door. you will see the door switches. Pay attention those wires will bite you, they are live. With a meter, check for power coming in, activate the switches, check for power coming out. Power out should be the same as power in. Power is on the black wire

There are 2 sets of contacts under the door lock.
The top set is giving about 25 VOLTS AC just below the door lock.
The bottom set gives me ZERO. Im taking for granted that the bottom set of is OUT.
Does that sound right?

I faked the door lock to simulate it's closed.
tested bottom set of contacts while pushing buttons. Still ZERO. No beeps at all. LCD screen still black.

In looking at the board it'self, it looks fine. No visible burns. I know that doesn't really matter if in fact that is the issue.

Now what?
and thanx a ton.
