Question Direction for Sidewinder Motor
Model Number: FDB345LBB   Brand: Frigidaire   Age: 5 - 10 years

Hey, Ric

I pulled the motor cover to reveal the sidewinder motor. The motor is spinning clock-wise. I reassembled it and, like I said before, all I"m getting out of the spray arm is a trickle. There's plenty of force coming from the pump itself. Still don't know what's the problem.

Your motor is running the WRONG way, just verify. The impeller vanes cup the water and fling it only one way, yours is running the wrong way.

I found the problem there was a button or cap of some sort lodged in the spout that feeds the sprayer arm Works like a champ now The impeller vanes are cupping the water in the clock wise direction thanks for all you help
