We had some issues with the lower making some crazy noise. we took it apart.. using this web site's diagram and replaced worn parts. Since putting it back together everything seems to work but the lower arm, (Washarm, lower - Color: Gray Part Number: AP4112900 made by WHIRLPOOL ) Does not spin but I know it shoots water because one half of my dishes are clean and the other half are not. What is causing this Lower arm not to spin. Keep in mind, the Upper arm spins and shoots water. Mahalo, Thank you for any help as I try to figure out what is not connected correctly. :confused: ~Kerry
