I have a Whirlpool DU1145XTPB6 that is currently black, I'd like to know if a different front panel can be purchased to change it out to Stainless?

Here is your parts breakdown
Model DU1145XTPB6

It does show 3 panels unfortunately the descriptions are just "Panel"
Cannot really tell if the dark one is black or stainless from the picture.
Call them or send an email and they will be able to confirm which one is stainless. Probably the most expensive.
