Wash delay not working
Model Number: FDB956RBC1 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years
Hello,
I just purchased a home with this dishwasher so I don't know if the delay ever worked. Everything works on this washer except the delay for starting. If the delay start is pressed, no indicators for 2,4,6 hours light up. When you start a regular wash though the 6 hour LED lights but it starts the wash cycle right away. I have looked the entire machine over, checked the ribbon cable from the touch pad to the circuit board. Everything looks correct. I believe the circuit board is the problem but I wanted to ask the pro's before I order a new board. I am an HVAC Tech and know that certain equipment problems show up on certain models. I haven't be able to find and service bulletin info on the unit. Thanks for the help! Tim
