When I start the wash cycle, the water is just dribbling out of the bottom on the inside of the washer. The motor is obviously running, but there's just no pressure. Do I have a faulty pump?

I would pull off the inner door panel and look at the wires going to the selector switch, they have had a lot of problems with the switch failing from soap contamination. New Part AP2617405 includes a shield to prevent this.
If ok, feel the water valve while it is filling, should fill for at least 40 seconds, if ok, you have weak water pressure to the valve.

richappy- Thank you for the tip. I pulled the inner panel and the wiring and switch looked good. One thing I noticed- I "cheated" the latch switch so I could run the washer with the door open. Water is coming up through the center assembly, but at the same time water is draining down in the "sump" (don't know proper term). Is that draining function controlled by the timer assembly? Thank you for any replies.
