Question Detergent Dispener
Model Number: DU900PCDB3   Brand: Whirlpool   Age: 5 - 10 years   

When Replacing The Inside Door Panel I Can Not Get The Dispenser Assemily To Connect To The Part Coming Down From The Timer. Is There A Trick To Getting The Teeth Lined Up.

Hi John

The first thing I would check is the locking tab on the right side of the console. If it's broken off then the follower cam will never engage with the soap cup actuator and the console has to be replaced.

If this is not the issue then make sure the timer is in off position and the follower cam is vertical.

Also make sure the drip cover is in the right position.
