Model Number: DWU4910AUX Brand: Maytag Age: 5 - 10 years
Is there a special tool required to remove/install the lower spray arm support nut?If so, were can I purchase one?

According to your model number, you will need to remove the screws from the strainer assembly to remove the bottom spray arm. Here is a link to the parts diagram. Hope this helps.
