Here are your parts

I am assuming this unit used to work OK for you and that nothing has been changed with the house plumbing.

You could try disconnecting the drain hose at the house plumbing and try draining it into a pail. This will eliminate a plumbing problem as a possible cause. Just be sure to hold the hose securely in the pail and put a towel over it so it does not splash all over.

Since you have checked the drain path and it is OK, I would measure the voltage at the drain pump when it should be draining. If you have 120 volts and it is not pumping then I would say that the pump is toast.

Also did you check the flapper valve (Item 328 in Section 5)

I repaired mine. Here's a picture:

I concluded that it was the thermal cutoff/protector, so I replaced the thermal protector with one I bought on a big online auction site (5 for $4.18, delivered, "5 pcs Motor thermal cutoff protector thermostat").

But I must have also inadvertently damaged one of the field winding connections, because it went "open" where it connects to the terminal. So I ended up having to reconnect it to its terminal with a short copper wire splice.
