Hi! Our dishwasher will not start. We have replaced the control board, thinking that was the problem but we are still not having any luck. The unit has power to it on all of the wires so I am wondering what other part we need to replace. The touch screen on the front of the dishwasher does nothing when you try to start it. No response from any of the buttons. I was reading another post about cleaning the connector and adding vaseline to it where it attaches. Should I try this on the control board before I try another part?

Can you get the lights on the panel to change or come on when you push them? Also what color is this model? Thanks.

Nope - no lights, no sounds, nothings. It seems as though there is power to everything, just wont start using the controls. Color is stainless steel.

First check and make sure the ribbon cable is connected good with the control board. You can clean this ribbon cable to assure a good connection. If you have power at the board across black and white, as well as your door latch, and you have replaced the control board, then you will need to replace the panel. Here is the part number for the stainless model. Hope this helps.Part number: AP4370846
