I am trying to replace the top rack in my dishwasher, but I don't know how to get the old rack out without breaking it. It has an arm in the middle and I don't know if there is a special way to get it out.;)

I need help in replacing a top rack in my dishwasher. It has an arm in the middle and I don't want to break it when taking out the old rack. How does the rack come apart?
