My bosch dishwasher has stopped heating the water. It will run through a cycle but the dishes are not clean an the water is cold.

It's either the control or the heater circuit. You'll have to take the outer door panel off and check for 120vac coming from the board after the soap dispenser has opened.

If you don't see 120vac, there's a problem with the control.
