How can I replace the springs without removing the dishwasher from the cabinet? The problem is that we had a new ceramic tile floor installed and I cannot remove the dishwasher without removing some tiles.

Here is the install sheet

It shows how to adjust the springs in case that is all it needs.
Since the install sheet covers a number of units this may not apply to your unit or perhaps the springs are toast.

I am assuming that even with the feet all the way up there is still not enough clearance,

You will have to do it from inside with the kick panel removed.
The problem is getting the old one off and the new one attached to the door lever. I am not sure this can be done but it is your only option.
Will probably take a lot of fiddling.

If the tiles do not extend all the way back to the feet perhaps you could pull the unit forward at least a couple inches which may help.

Another possibility would be to undo the counter-top and move it up but this may not be possible.
