DW stopped working and I found water in bottom. After checking that float switch and level switch were OK, I saw a forum entry about a "stuck" circulating pump. After I removed the RH panel (2 screws at front of DW, then lift off) I was able to see the pump motor's fan. I tried to rotate the motor fan with a screwdriver blade and felt some resistance. Then with just a little nudge it easily broke free. I put everything back together and the DW worked perfectly.
