Kenmore Dishwasher leaving water in bottom at end of cycle.

Removed the drain line at both ends, wet vac removed the standing water,
attempted another cycle in case there was an object lodged at the end but
no luck.

All water drains out except that which fills the bottom, is there something
that is not allowing washer to finish the cycle as in a switch? Obviously
something is preventing it from finishing the cycle.
