Model has been in use since NOV 2002 with no issues--currently wife says loads are not completely dry like normal. An inspection of the heating element reveals a "wasting" look--like it is disintegrating. I'm assuming normal "wear & tear".
I found replacement on this site but it indicates you must also replace a computer board with the new element.
I'm looking for specific instructions on how to accomplish the job.
Thanks! Doug
