Dishwasher Repair

This problem started last weekend and appeared to be caused by something interfering with the spin of the spray arm. We cleared the path and it ran.

Now, it is shutting off and the path is clear.

I hit the Start button and you can hear the water spraying for about 2 minutes. Then the lights shut off and it goes quiet. I can hit the button twice and it will drain, but it will not run for more than about 2 min.

Hi GRAYWOLF

Most likely the problem with your dishwasher is a bad controls. If your dishwasher is less then five years, the parts are still under the manufacturer warranty.
