When I turn on the wall switch the Normal Wash and Heated Dry flash and the motor runs but nothing else happens. When I hold in the reset button it does not cycle to completion. I let it sit in this condition for about 10 minutes and eventually all the lights went out and the motor stopped running. At this point, I was able to start a 'wet test' using 'rinse only'. This lock-up issue appears to happen frequently. Any idea why?
