Bosch dishwasher makes terrible noise, but still washes
Model Number: SHX46B Brand: Bosch Age: 1 - 5 years
Our Bosch diswasher makes a terrible, loud, deep pitched, gutteral noise several times during its cycle. The first incident occurs two minutes after we start the cycle. The dishes still get clean, the tub drains, besides the noise, all seems well.

Hi sueandrob
The first thing I would do is try to pin point the noise. I've seen many times when such noise was coming from the water shut off valve under the sink during the fill cycle. Good luck. Gene.
