Maytag Dishwasher Model MDB6000AWA SER # 16888139UF

Will not fill during first two calls for water on timer.

Schematic shows “sensor” controls these first two events.

No voltage sent to water inlet valve during these first two events

All other calls for water are w/o “sensor” on schematic and work perfectly.

New timer and float microswitch installed.

Water inlet valve works every time voltage is applied by timer or manually (externally)

What is the “sensor” referred to on the schematic?

It may be preventing the water fill on the first two fill events.

Any ideas to repair?
