Hi, new guy...please be gentle. Have a Bosch SHY66C05UC-14 dishwasher that is 7 plus years old. About a week ago, it started making a "hissing" sound; thought perhaps a dirty door seal. Clean seal, not the problem.

Now the dishwasher doesn't clean. Seems to fill with water, but the top arm doesn't spin, the bottom does a little, best I can tell. Drains ok.

I ran a "test cycle" and come up with a code "8." I believe that indicates an NTC thermistor problem, but it seems to me the circulation pump doesn't put out any pressure to spin the arms.

Any help or pointer to a repair manual would be greatly appreciated!
