Upper spray head repair

Model Number: Model# pld3460rdc0 Brand: Frigidaire Age: 1 - 5 years

Does anyone know how the upper spray head goes back on? It probably got bumped off. I can feel a loose washer type part up in the outlet area where the spray head goes. Do I have to take the upper hose assembly out of the dishwasher frame? I can't just pop the spray head back on because the washer inside is just loose moves around. Since it is seperated, does that mean it has broken away such as a broken flange? Thank you...
