Hello,

I've had this thing for 1.5 years, so I am assuming it is out of warranty. The problem is pretty easy. The lower water spindle is simply loose, causing it to wobble off of it's axis just enough, during use, to hit some of the plastic moldings. How do you tighten the damn thing? I didn't want to break it, but I couldnt seem to get anything to budge. All I see is a little plastic piece in the center of the top of the spindle head that looks like it should be able to twist off.

Any help would be great. I've never fixed an appliance. I am an aircraft mechanic by profession, car mechanic and computer technician for fun.

Jonathan

Thanks in advance!
