Washer appears to fill and run normally but dishes do not come clean and detergent residue is all over silverware and doesnt rinse off door of washer. While I hear water running when I open door, base spinner was barely turning with little water shooting out, and while water was flowing from to top rack spinner, it wasn't spinning. And the one on the roof of the machine was dripping but not spinning either. So I am thinking the internal water pressure must be too low for whatever reason. Unless something is partially blocked that I can't see.

Which is what I am trying to find out and how to repair it.

The washer is approximately 2 years old.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
