Our dishwasher keeps giving us the warning "Arm Blocked". We have removed the pop up and the rotating blade and cleaned both. It will run for a little bit without warning us and then the warning comes back on. When we removed the pop up, we noticed an O-ring that was split. Not sure if that is the way it is supposed to be or not. could this be our problem?

Also, my husband removed the stainless steel covers on the spinning blades and was going to pop the blades open, but he wasn't sure if that would cause damage to the blades. Is this possible to do to make sure the blades are clean on the inside?

I also read where you can pull the filter out and clean it. I will do that tonight to see if that helps.

If you know of any other fix, please let me know, cause it is annoying hearing the chime of the warning and having to open and close our dishwasher the whole cycle.
