After wash cycle it still has water in the bottom. I can run it throught the service model and cycle the pump to drain it. Not sure why it is not draining with the normal wash. Possible bad water valve? Flood switch? Any help appreciated.

is the drain clogged with holiday related food?

No I can put it into service mode and cycle the pump and it will drain but it will not cylce to drain everytime in the normal run cycle
