We own a GE dishwasher, Model #pdw7800n15ww. Never has worked well. Having lots of problems with the soap being washed out of the dispenser cup (door opens fine). Found food blocking the holes in the lower and middle spray arms. Cleaned both arms, now trying to remove the lower arm and the Nut Hub Fine Filter, etc parts to clean everything. Can't figure it how to remove these parts. Can anyone give me some direction?

Here is a manual. Although it is a different unit the wash arm etc looks the same. See Page 21.
