My Kitchen Aid dishwasher runs great and functions normally except when the cycle is finished the motor keeps running. When I open the door, after or during the cycle, the motors stops as normal. However anytime the door is closed the motor begins running again. I have opened the access to the control panel and things appear normal inside. Additionally, the vent works normally. I tested the switches in the door mechanism and they too were normal. So far that has been the extent of my investigation. It appears one wire from the door switch goes to a thermal switch and the the other gets lost in the wire bundle. I have no wiring diagram for this dishwasher. Can you offer any suggestions?
