I have water under the dishwasher, i.e. cabinet area.
Hoses appear good.
Cyle appears to start okay but after one minute - stops.

This appliance was here when we purchased the home in 2007.
No manuals to be found.
Can anyone assist?

Revision - I removed the dishwasher from the cabinets.
Turns out I had a backed-up cleanout line (exterior).
Snaked and clear.
The dishwasher is now outside where everything can dryout.
Is there a way to test or run a cycle?

When I apply power, all the LEDs come on.
