When the door is open none the lights from the keypad are lit. When you touch the "heated dry and add heat" button, they will beep but the light will not come on. You can not change the dishwasher cycle by pressing the up or down button, as it does not respond. The start button will beep once when you hit it. Once you hit the start button, all other buttons will no longer beep or respond in any way to a touch. If you close the door after hitting the start button the dishwasher will attempt to run, and make the same sound as when it was working for around 20secs, then stops completely. Then when you open the door, it resorts directly back to the beginning of my story and the same buttons will do the same thing as I described above. When the door is closed you can see that the cycle light is lit, but will go out immediately when you open the door. Any help would be great, thanks!
