Dishwasher top spray arm

Dishwasher top spray arm

Brand: Whirlpool Age: 5 - 10 years

The upper spray arm is not spinning so the dishes arent getting clean. None of the water holes appear to be clogged. Is there a filter or something else that needs to be cleaned? Or someplace else I need to check for a clog?
