I need to replace the Pump Motor Assembly on my Kenmore/Whirlpool Model 665.13834K601 Dishwasher, Part #8672615. I had the service tech in and the installed price was almost $500. I'd like to do it myself. The service tech provided me with a brief overview of how to replace but I am looking for a step by step guide. Can you advise where I might find this info? Would it come packed with the replacement part? Thanks

It does NOT come with instructions. It would take me all day to type out the steps to do this!!! Its really not hard once you get it out from under the counter. by the way $500 is a RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!

I'm installing replacement pump & motor assembly for Kenmore dishwasher 6651671191. Do I just press new assembly down into place? Does the gasket need to be lubricated?

Just use WATER to lube the seal!!!!!
