it seems when it comes to any point where rinsing is to be done, the diswasher motor just seems to want to pump the water out, but no water is rinsing in. It seems to be the case in any of the cycle choices... and at the end of the process when it is supposed to do lots of rinsing ( rinse and hold mode)... my guess is that the control panel is not functioning... I get water flowing when the washer is in washing modes though, so I know it's not blocked.

As a Tech. I'm a little confused here, All a dishwasher does is Fill,Wash,Drain!! Fill, wash,Drain over and over and over, In one of the wash cycles, The soap cup opens!!! in the final cycle, the rinse agent is added. Please try to describe whats is, or is not, Happening, Thanks!!!:D
