Door light comes on and nothing works.....
Model Number: 665.15817990 Brand: Kenmore Age: 5 - 10 years
I have a Kenmore dishwasher, when I close the door to wash the dishes the green door light comes on. The door is locked, but when I push the wash button or start button or any button nothing happens. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

The first thing it should do is fill check the float inside tub on right side it looks like a cone gently move it up and down and listen for it to click the float should be down. Start with that first and see if it changes anything.....The next thing to check would be the door latch switches they had problems with wires burning up or switches failing
