The soap dispenser door is not opening during wash cycles. At first this would only happen once in a while now it doesen't open at all. Any suggestions to correct this problem would be very much appreciated. Thanks.

Most likely the soap dispenser assembly has to be replaced. It is recommended by the manufacturer to replace it together with the rinse aid sensor (#11 on the break down diagram).

- The part number for the soap dispenser assembly is AP3774956

- The part number for the rinse aid sensor is AP3176640
