Would it stop if you open the door?

Gene.

Nope!! When I open the door the water runs out even faster and the water on the side keeps running in until I unplug the dishwasher from the wall.

Default Frigidaire dishwasher model FDB510LCB0

Sounds like the water inlet valve is stuck open.

- The part number for the water valve is AP4321824

Gene.

Thumbs up How to fix a Clogged Drain in a Dishwasher...Real Simple

To properly drain and clear out any clogs in a dishwasher:
1.Take a wet/dry vacuum, remove the paper air filter (usually just a screw) from the inside of the vacuum body
2. Empty out the vacuum body prior to using it.
3. Then suck out all of the water from the inside basin/tub.
4. Before you turn off the vac, lift the hose high into the air and make sure all of the water is sucked into the vacuum to prevent any water still in the tube from making a mess.
5. Dump that water. This will provide you an opportunity to remove excess water before you get to work.

Next, under the sink there you will see your drain, just above your drain you will see a black or transparent tube about 1" in diameter.
6. Unscrew the tube screw.
7. Get your vacuum hose and hold it near the tube. When you take off the tube, there may be, though likely not, some excess water in the tube. Suck this up if needed.
8. Put the vac hose onto the tube and make an air tight seal with your hand over the hose and tube.
9. Turn on the vacuum and such out any clogs.
10. Turn on your dish washer and let it run for a minute or two to get water back into the tub.
11. Open the door, there should be about 1-2" of water in the tub.
12. Hit the cancel button and let the water pump out of your tub, be sure to hold the vacuum hose over the tube and suck out all the water with the asistance of your dishwashers pump.
13. Repeat steps 8-12 2-3 times. You should notice water will no longer remain in the tube when you fill it up, & press the cancel button because the machine will pump everything out for you. Once you have done this and the water pumps out without a problem you have fixed your clog.

14. Reattach the tube to the drain using the tube screw.
15. Dump the water from the vacuum down the drain.
17. Clean up and put your vacuum away.
16. Put the $95 into your savings account because you likely just fixed your clog in under 45 min. from start to finish.

I hope this helps!
